How About a Ballad for a Change?

For the last year I've bombarded you with blues of all variations, hard-bop, avant-garde, free-jazz, cool jazz, and other styles but never a slow ballad.

So here's one of my favorites, the standard "I'm Old Fashioned" originally written by Jerome Kern and Johnny Mercer, performed by John Coltrane for the "Blue Train" album.

It's the only cover song on that album; a nice shift some the hard-bop artillery.
